Today we are going to be talking about the second strategy I talked about in my FREE report 7steps to incredible fat loss.

So the second step of my incredible fat loss is not having breakfast. Thats right, not having breakfast. I know youve always
heard like you need to have breakfast, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, breakfast of champions and all that
bullshit. Today we are going to break it down. Do you want a sixpack or not, then youve got to quit eating breakfast.
As simple as that. Breakfast is not the most important meal of the day. It's another conspiracy like not having carbohydrates
for breakfast, but you need to stop having breakfast if you want to get ripped. I talked a little bit about it in the last video.
The first 3 to 4 hrs after you wakeup your body is prime for fat loss. It's like a fat burning furnace. You want to take
advantage of this period as much as possible. Donot have breakfast, alright. Now, anything you are going to eat in the morning
is going to raise your insulin levels and insulin nad fat loss cannot co-exist. Fasted weight training is more of my style.
Fasted weight training can completely rip away your fat in the fasted time possible. But as I am a fan of doing things step by step
slowly easing you in, for now I am just going to say dont eat breakfast. As simple as that. Utilise the golden fat loss period.
