Biceps are one of the hardest part to get big especially if you're a skinny guy like me,so in today's video I show you the ONE bicep technique that has actually worked for me to get my biceps from skinny to big very fast...it's called the bicep twister technique.Look,what most skinny guys don't understand is that to get your biceps big fast it's not just about LIFTING the weight up and down,and it's not about just doing bicep curls, because the primary function of the bicep muscle is to actually rotate the wrist,not just lift the weight up.It's called supination.So the next time you go ahead and do a bicep workout the first thing I want you to focus on is to rotate your wrists while getting the weight up.You'll see that this actually works your biceps more than you've ever felt it before,and you'll finally start to see your skinny biceps grow bigger and develop some mass very very fast.
And another extra technique that I teach in the video to get your biceps bigger fast is to actually hold the dumbells at the top.What this does is it makes it difficult for you to do the rotatio I talked about ,so your biceps actually feel more tension and therefore they starte gettting bigger fast,and soon you won't feel like your biceps are skinny anymore!
