So today I am going to be talking about my first step, my first strategy for incredible fat loss that I talked about

First step which i'll talk about is not having carbohydrates for breakfast. Let me tell you a little story.
Long long ago there is this tiny village where men of all ages were completely ripped and shredded.
In this village lived a doctor who is loved and respected by all but had just one tiny problem. He was the
ugliest guy in the village. Now because everyone in the village was in such great shape, the women only went for
the guys who were good looking. So doctor really missedout on this and by the time he was fourty he was still a virgin.
Now on the eve of his fourtyfirst birthday the doctor deceided that this had to stop. He wasgeting hornier and hornier
year after year and some how he had to just get laid. So the next day when a patient came to him for treatment
the doctor instead of giving him a pill gave him a magic medicine and told the patient to have it everyday
in the morning as soon as he wokeup. Now the patient took the medicine. Soon the word spread about this
medicine tasted really great and seemed to make sense to take it in the morning. Soon everyone in the village
started taking it and a year later the doctor was the only guy who was ripped in the village. Everyone else
got fat, lost their physique and the doctor actually had to start fending off women as he was getting laid somuch.
Now everyone from the neighbouring started taking the medicine as it so tasty, addictive and made sense
taking it in the morning. Soon every started getting fatter and fatter. There were a few who retained their
physique and they were the ones who didn't take the medicine. As of today this medicine goes popularly
by the name carbohydrates. Take it in the morning as the doctor said as soon as people wokeup keeping
people fat and make them wonder what it takes to get a sixpack. It must take so much effort and hardwork.
Screw you. Stop taking carbohydrates for breakfast. When you take carbohydrates for breakfast, it releases
a harmone called insulin. Insulin and fat burning cannot co-exist. Any food you eat fats, protiens, carbohydrates
all of them release insulin, but carbohydrates release maximum anount of insulin and for the longest period of time.
For anyone serious about loosing fat and getting that sixpack, youmust know that first 3 to 4 hrs after you wakeup
is the glden period for fat loss where your body is highly prime to burn fat and fat burning takes place at the highest rate.
Right now as I am shooting I havent eaten anything for the first three hours after I wokeup and look pretty good.
I look the leanest compared to rest of the day. At this time fat loss takes place at the maximum. Most people
as soon as they getup put food in their mouth and as soon as you put food in your mouth, it releases insulin
and hence stopping fat burning. Another problem with eating carbohydrates in the morning is that there is another
harmone called cortisol whose levels are high in the morning. When cortisol and insulin get together they release
new fat cells. So ot only you screwup your fat burning in the morning but also produce new fat cells. I dont care
if you are eating 1000 to 1500 calorie diets because you still won't be loosing fat if you are eating
carbohydrates in the morning. Best thing is not to eat anything for the first 3 to 4 hrs as you wakeup.
But if you must have a breakfast, make it a high protien, high fibre, high fat breakfast indeed.
